At Camp Flog Gnaw, Tyler and his personalities as Sam and Wolf feud over a girl named Salem, who might be the same girl as Sarah from the song Sarah off of the Bastard album. Flog Gnaw is Golf Wang backwards, which is a rearrangement of Wolf Gang, and Wolf Gang serves as another name for Tyler’s Odd Future collective.
Wolf serves as a prequel to Bastard and Goblin and revolves around Tyler’s experience at Camp Flog Gnaw. TC explains to Tyler that there will be three sessions. TC (Tyler’s therapist and alternate personality) in the beginning of Bastard in the song Bastard when Dr. Bastard and Goblin are two parts of a trilogy hinted at by Dr. All the albums share a similar storyline/theme revolving around Tyler and his alternate personalities. Goblin is Tyler, the Creator’s second album, preceded by Bastard, and followed by his most recent release, Wolf.
